匹茲堡點燈人套房旅館(Lamplighter Inn & Suites Pittsburg)

We prefer these types of inns that you can park right by your room. The bed was a little hard but the inn as a whole was a delight. We spent an hour at the bar with nice conversation. That conversation led to the tap water not tasting good and that bottled water would be a nice option. When we had the opportunity to taste the water, we agreed that something should be done differently.

We got in late. Lady at the front was great. We didnt realize until the morning there were bed bugs. When i brought it to the attention of the day lady she said "oops guess we gotta spray that room" "guess you can call the manager tomorrow " like it was no big deal. GROSS!!

Needs updating. Room was OK Staff was very good and friendly. Key card had to be reprogrammed twice. Breakfast said served till 10 but only till 9 on weekdays. Loved the bar! Teresa and Heide were the best

Very easy booking and very friendly staff. Room was quiet. Carpet may need changed as it smelled of feet. Light bulb out in bathroom mirror section. Other than that it was great and great location.

We were not able to get in to our original room because the key would not open the door. It was extremely hot like the air was not on in the building or room. Moved us to a second room by the green water pool. Roach was in the bathroom. There is a gap in the door frame where you can see through it. We could not bring ourselves to stay.

Didn’t get to stay because the hotel doesn’t allow local citizens to stay. I think that’s either the hotel’s fault and/or *******. Nowhere on ******* does it say that when booking. Very frustrating to say the least! 😡

Check in was a disaster. Rooms were not cleaned. They gave us a room n when we checked it next room had 3 barking dogs. They moved us and some guy walked in because they gave him the same room. We will not go back there. Before we got to room police and emergency vehicles pulled in. A regular there apparently got something he didn't bargain for and died. I wouldn't recommend this particular motel. Was expensive enough too. Bed was caving in too.

The place is a bit run down, but for this price range that’s to be expected. The main issue we had was an odd unpleasant odor that seemed to be coming from the nightstand area. I moved the nightstand and checked around hoping not to find a severed toe or something equally disturbing but didn’t find the source of the unpleasant smell. We ended up spraying the area with perfume to try and mask the scent. We went down to the lobby in the morning for breakfast and didn’t really find much. We opted to hit the road ASAP.

Old hotel that needs a lot of work. Carpet was disgusting. Breakfast was not good at all.
