The person running the front desk was extremely nice. When going to room not clean outside and 3 crickets inside. I hate killing bugs. I was not happy with the crunch. Positive note was not a cockroach bed was comfortable and place very quiet

For an inexpensive, no frills motel, this is the place to stay. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, relatively quiet. The perfect place to crash for a night, but not necessarily the place you would want to stay for more than a couple of nights, simply because there are no extras like breakfast, swimming pool, workout room, etc.

The plug in for the coffee pot didn't work, the door was hard to open you had to really put some muscle into it to get it to open. Other than that it was really good place to stay.

From check-in to check-out this Regency Inn was A-1...
White glove clean, comfortable, quiet with very nice furnishings including MW, Mini Fridge desk etc etc...
NIce bfast room, but just down the street from one of the best eateries around, the Farm House B-L-D, yumm..!
We look forward to future visits to Pittsburg Kansas and staying at the Regency Inn... Thanks, Carl =)~

Beds were very comfortable. Very clean and everything worked. I'm guessing the TV was a 60" and great channel selections. Definitely will use again.
