Nice motel

Local staff answers questions well. Nice clean & convenient facility. We've stayed here before and will in the future. Nothing special beyond pleasant and helpful staff...makes a big diff in an enjoyable stay. Far enough off the interstate to be quiet and safe.

Our check in experience was lovely. The receptionist was very considerate of how tired we were after our long day on the road. She explained everything we needed to know about the property, the complimentary breakfast and the rules for our pet.

We arrived late & the lady at the front desk was so nice! The hotel was clean & quiet. The room was nice, well kept...and really comfortable beds! We will return!

We love staying at this hotel. The staff and owners are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is great and has all the basics you would expect of this type of continental breakfast. When we are driving back to Texas after dropping our daughter off at school in Iowa, our goal is always to make it to Perry, OK the first day so we can stay at this hotel!

My husband and I just wanted to get away for a few days. We stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites in Perry and had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and gave suggestions on places to eat and see. The room was clean and comfortable.

Erin was very gracious at check-in. Breakfast service staff very helpful and friendly. I was not feeling well when I checked in and Erin made her assistance available should I need it. Housekeeping staff very gracious.

The service was great. Overall, the room and hotel are in good condition and clean. The bathroom did have noticeable grunge in the tile corners, and the tub did not completely drain, leaving a small pool of water standing in the center. My wife commented that the tub was very slippery, and my shower confirmed that, although I had placed a used bath towel folded in the floor of the tub to prevent slips. The lavatory was slow to drain. And the worst thing was that the toilet would rotate around against the floor on one of the flange bolts. Apparently, there was only one installed.
