Love this place laid back friendly staff clean and comfy even would highly recommend

Hotel property is very nice, but the bed was too hard. With this price and brand, I expected a more comfortable bed. Also, I expect housekeeping to return after 0830 to clean rooms which aren't available until 1030. I did not get housekeeping because I was in my room until 1030. Not expected with a $225/ night room.

My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott over the weekend began with a very well mannered and polite host who was polite and cheerful. Bristo staff was very friendly and great timely service. Guest services was informative and helpful. The was an issue in the post check when a individual spoke to me polite about my present in the wait and loading area while staying with my bags, instructed by the General Manager to remove my as a loiter. "Loitering" not customer. After a two night stay. The General Manager seem to have issue with my present. The term had legal connotation. When deciding if I want to stay or call a taxi.

Cody was a joy to check in with, super polite and quick, the room was clean and well appointed. The only hitch in the plan was the indoor pool was freezing, would have thought with it being indoor that it would have been at least tepid. Other than that it was a great stay.

We were down for a super quick meeting and flew in one night and out the next. The staff was good and room was nice. Wife left her kindle and hotel staff called and had ready for pick up within a couple hours. Very appreciative

No breakfast. Only a starbucks. Had to pay for coffee. Will not stay again. Check in was great. Room was great. But no coffee or juice in morning? Crazy.

Everything was great except the people that didn't sleep at all above us. They walked around constantly. It made it hard to sleep.

booked under the wrong room. i originally was supposed to have a king bed and sofa bed but only had a king bed and chair. i will not be booking here or ******* again.

First of all the hotel has a Starbucks and no complimentary breakfast. Room 135 had a coffee make plugged in on the same sink that one would wash the hands after using the restroom I find this unsatisfactory for the semi- premium rate we paid. The room seemed clean but the things I observed made it not worth it. Another positive is that it is conveniently located near a shopping plaza and is near the interstate hwy.
