Was Very Disappointed in the advertised Cage Free Eggs. They were just like the old reconstituted powdered eggs! No Flavor, Watery and absolutely Not Appetizing. Paid more than other hotels expecting a tastee breakfast to be included.

Shower control was either hot or cold, could not shower, mention to staff and all o got was . Sorry we can give u a members point ,,,, I had to go to work dirty. Never will i go to this hotel again. Horrible service. Horrible horrible

Hotel did not honor confirmation and could not accommodate us-general manager stated they made a hotel reservation at different competitors hotel at their expense
We are requesting a refund as we paid in advance-they advised we were not eligible for refund-
How’s that for service!!

I found a bug in the bed of the first room. Got moved to another room and found a bug in that bed. Management moved me to another hotel owned by the same group. The room was not as nice but there were no bugs. I checked carefully.

Honestly, when we stay at a hotel, it's just to have a place to sleep.
So based on that, while the bed was okay, the pillows were terrible, especially for side sleepers. Thus the low rating.
