The service at check was great. The only downfall was that they were switching out the door locks, but I know that was only temporary.

Booked a room with two queen beds and they only had rooms with one bed, the bed condition was poor, mattresses were dished and not comfortable. Staff was pleasant and restaurant onsite was good.

Location was good, staff was friendly and helpful, couple bars in the hotel, and a nice restaurant on site, prefect for a staycation, business or sporting events. Prices are average.

Was very nice stay.Room was comfortable and clean .Breakfast was really good also.

Really nice staff at the front desk as well as the breakfast included-yum!!! Will definitely be staying here again.

Nice breakfast at Ricky's grill, instead of the regular continental. It is off the highway, in the proper town, which is also nice. Great coffee shop down the street! The disclaimers in the parking lot made me a little worried, but they said they had someone patrolling most of the night.

While the room was just ok, the staff there are terrible. Upon check in the young gentleman called my wife a dog. Upon checkout the following morning, we found out the hotel charged us even though we paid through *******. When I tried To explain this to the lady at the front desk, she gave me two different excuses as to why we were charged again. And even when I showed her the receipt from ******* as well as my online banking to prove what I was saying, she just gave me the “ go deal with *******, it’s not my problem” speech. Very unprofessional. We ended up paying over $200 for a room that was barely worth half That. Don’t stay here.

We needed a place to stay when evacuated with 20,000 other people. This place was able to take us. The town of Peace River was just excellent to the people of the NWT and the staff of the Quality Inn were no exception. Very helpful and compassionate until we could be on our way home.

The guy who checked us in at the front desk was very kind and very helpful. I forgot his name but thank you for the excellent service 🙂
