雄山旅館(Majestic Mountain Inn)

stayed for 6 days , breakfast was great. room service was poor 3day ok carpit not very clean, 2 days no service at all and not told ,

Loved this place the first time we stayed… This was our 3rd time and a different room.. We where vary disappointed in the cleanliness of the room… we even found a molding orange by one of the beds!!! It had clearly been there awhile!! First couple times staff was vary friendly.. This stay something was so different all the way around!! It was like no one was happy being there!! Sad for us we thought we found a cute little get away from the valley!!

Very disappointed. We paid a lot to stay here thinking we would get the same level room we got last time. Those rooms were not offered. Our sink was clogged, the coffee maker was broken & leaked out the bottom. Every mirror & the TV screen was dirty. The jacuzzi was smaller than our first stay in the better room. When I reported this to the front office upon checking out there was no apology at all just okay is the response. I could have stayed at a resort for what we paid this hotel.

Nothing “majestic” about this place. Super outdated. The bed caved in the middle. Could barely sleep. The carpet and couch were a dirty brown color. Looks like neither have been cleaned since the place was built. The front desk woman was extremely rude. Will not stay again.

I checked on Sunday, January 7th. The girl at the front desk was great. She welcomed me with a nice smile. Check-in was quick and easy. Her customer service was amazing. She even offered an upgrade to my room. The next morning, breakfast was awesome, lots of variety and Sandra was amazing. She greeted my family with a nice smile and made us feel like home. She had everything ready and was very helpful as well. Overall, my stay was amazing. Thank you to the staff. The room was great and very clean and neat. I'll definitely be staying here again one my next trip.

Would of like to see a desk for computer and larger bathroom bathtub.Otger than that super nice staff and excellent breakfast and staff.

Desk clerk found us a downstairs room with a beautiful gas fireplace when we couldn't get a standard downstairs room.

You insisted on trying to charge us AGAIN after we had prepaid nearly a month in advance. (Terrible customer service). Broken bathroom sink faucet handles, super noisy too, but mostly because there is a nearly 2-inch gap around the front door that just simply needs a little attention with weather *****ping which allows in cold and tons of traffic noise... We went there for Christmas but wont return.

Such a fun little place to stay with family! Upon arrival, we got to see a group of elk walking around the property! Kept our distance but very fun to witness how large they are! Two restaurants very close by so we were able to walk to dinner. Staff was lovely, property was quiet and well kept. Room was very cute, with an electric fireplace and large tv for the kiddos. Would return in a heartbeat!
