佩森舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Payson)

We are not picky about hotels and never leave critical reviews, but this has to be shared. This hotel (Comfort Inn, Payson) is disgusting, dirty, and run down. Please see our pictures. Upon checking in with the rude front desk staff, we took the rickety elevator and walked down the hall, which was musty and overwhelmingly smelled like cigarettes. The room was awful ... air conditioner was filled with thick dust, the walls were damaged, the carpet was filthy, the comforter was stained, there were holes in the screen, and the beds were beyond uncomfortable. The bathroom exhaust fan was loud, breaking, and so dirty that dust was falling on us when it was turned on. We had to leave early and check out after only one night, cutting our vacation short. Horrible hotel!

Staff are very polite and friendly. Local ****** literally only 4 min drive on the same street. The property is older and decoration can use some update. Room is cleaned and comfortable. Nice restaurants nearby. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The room was great. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Wish the breakfast were better but overall pleased with the stay.

Very clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. The elevator was not working and staff indicted it had not been working for the last month. Using the stair was a hassle. Stair wells were not well lighted and the carpeting blended making it hard to judge the steps.

Everything was going good until we were told that the elevator was not working 😕. Especially when you need to get all the way to the third floor and have heath issues with breathing.

The hotel is probably the nicest in Payson but it still needs some work. The pool bars were loose and move which could cause an injury. I suggest requesting a room on the 3rd floor because the floor creeks very loud and you can hear every foot step.

It was advertised on their website that they had a shuttle to the ******. Well, no shuttle. We went down to use the hot tub. It was filthy dirty and the jets did not work. There is only one ice.machine and it was out of ice. The place definitely needs some work. The pool room floor and walls were disgusting. We will never stay there again.

The toilet had a pink circle that look dirty and the floor of the bath tub was dirty. I didn't like that

Beware of the driveway, its steep and i banged up the skidplate of my car. It had me thinking i cracked the engine. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, but food was unappetizing. The room smelled was musty.
