We were not told that we had to pay extra for our dog when we booked the hotel. The carpet in the room was horrible smelling and although the staff was friendly it would have been nice if they had mentioned that our room was still getting cleaned (had to wait 20 mins in the hallway for her to finish) and that we could drive to our patio door instead of carrying everything through the hotel to our room.

The hotel is good, service is good, but they had no internet for three days and they gave us lame excuses and lies saying that the whole town did not have internet etc., then it was re-programming, then needed some equipment ... always changing the story.

At 6’5” I sliced my head open on an emergency exit sign - we brought it to the attention of the staff - I should be fully compensated for the entire amount and perhaps more - I expect a response - thank you

Nice new looking building, clean bedding, bathrooms, accessible parking, GREAT hot breakfast (waffles, sausages, omelets, taters) plus bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, etc... great way to start the day

Hotel was relatively quiet. Room was clean. Only a one night stay but I had refrigerator and microwave in my room. Bathroom was also clean.

My stay was just one night. Only thing is paving area needs to be redone. Pebbles and cracked pavement were a little bit of a nuisance when walking and trying to not trip.
Other than that everything was satisfactory.

The view from our window was excellent. If there would have an elevator it would have been more comfortable for us. We had to lift the stroller every time we went out.
