I took my family to celebrate my sons birthday we had an amazing time. From some of the reviews I was kinda nervous, but found a hidden gem. The staff was amazing even though it seems like they made need more staff. The food at flip flop was great. The food at tidy was amazing. The beach was perfect for the little ones. The boat ride was amazing an over 10/10

I had duplicate reservations upon check in. took over an hour to rectify. Lots of unnecessary drama. Extended my reservation and was transferred to another room in building 3. NO lighting in bathroom and very little in living area, black mold in shower, sticky, dirty floors, balcony door did not lock. Overall, this room should have been condemned. Terrible experience!!!!!!!

My stay overall was fair. The room need to be cleaned at least every three days In addition, the pillows were horrible. The hotel needs new pillows.

The stay was ok. You all just need to really update the property inside the rooms, which I understand you all are currently doing. The furniture was dirty or at least gave a dirty look due to being so old. Pull the carpet up and just do tile. You all have a private beach, in a beach town, and have carpet...absolutely terrible idea

The entire hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our beds were so comfy, and the rooms are spacious and relaxing. Loved it here. The food at the restaurant was great, the price was great and taste great too.

I was very hesitant to book this room based on the reviews but I am glad I did. I saw a lot of reviews about check in being a nightmare and/or rooms not being ready. That was not the case for us, we got in at 4:20 and were in the room by 4:30. The desk staff was amazing. We had every thing we needed in our room such as coffee, towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex(saw a review upset they had none) Our room was clean and I feel like I got what I paid for. Yes these are hotel rooms but mine was just as described. The pools were clean when we went. The only restaurant we tried was the pool bar and that was great! We did drive over to the main building to do anything over there since we were in building 6. I do not recommend walking that far in the heat but I had no trouble finding parking so I didn’t mind. I saw a lot of reviews about being able to hear everything in the room next to you but we didn’t have that issue at all. I feel like as long as you understand they are doing renovations and things aren’t perfect you’ll be happy here. I will definitely be back! I just wanted to leave a good detailed review since the only detailed ones I saw were the bad ones.

Love the location. This year staff appeared uninformed on billing process. Stated my initial deposit did not clear to find out it actually did. Villa room location sliding glass patio door was literally unable to slid abs open even with my husband strength and front entrance lock would get stuck. Fire hazard. We then saw a large rat with the longest tail just outside our unit The bath/shower tub clogged and needed maintenance to clear the drain a tub full of dirty water One maintenance tech told my husband and I that he could not do anything to the sliding patio door we had to ask for assistance again at the front t door abs finally had another maintenance tech arrive to work on both doors. Utterly disappointed. We were then overcharged. Terrible experience this vacation with Blue/Green resort. Oh no one mentioned the $200 incidental charge upon arrival.

The room we had was dirty and obvious not cleaned well, we found old cracker and Oreo cookies by the sliding door. Under the church was gross! Their cleaning teams really need to do a better job! Prices were quite higher for the quality of food served and there conditions of the pool, the pools always seemed to have a. Lot of junk in them. The “private” beach was unkept and quite pathetic. The have a coffee shop the boasts serving Starbucks drink, however all week did not have Starbucks Refreshers, quite disappointing considering that was one of the reason I chose this particular resort. One of the managers at one point t told my husband to stay st the bar she would be back she was going to give him some vouchers but never returned. We waited two hours. That is not okay. The great things about the property is it was beautiful, and the grounds were well kept. The front desk staff were fabulous as were the most of the bar staff at FlipFlops ! All in all it was just an okay week. Not someplace I say oh I am going to return to, it had too many negatives .

It was just ok. I think it will be better when the property is fully renovated. Both rooms were not ready at check in time. There was a long line to check in. The elevator were not working in our building and we were on the 4th floor. Room was dated. Carpet and furniture were dirty and spotted. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. We ate at Flip Flops and the food was good but the wait was long. All staff were friendly especially the front desk. Pools were dirty by the end of the day and not lighted well at night. The coffee shop was out of a lot of items and so ordering was limited. Shower from the private beach was broken. Check out was quick. I would give it another try if it has better reviews once renovations are complete.
