La llegada bien la atencion amable pero hay detalles cuando se hace la reservacion deben explicar con detalle si hay almuerzo o comida incluida en el paquete y si hay evento porque si salgo a divertirme es a eso no solo a dormir porq para eso me quedo en casa

The main purpose of this trip was to celebrate my birthday. Due to unexpected reasons, I had to adjust my trip a week hence the reason I checked in after my birthday. Prior to arrival, I made a special request for a birthday plate and a bottle of wine to be in room upon arrival and this request was not honored. Upon arrival to room, I followed up and front desk agent advised that request was overlooked and will have matter referred to manager. To date I was not contacted with an apology nor was an amenity sent for the inconvenience. While laying in bed with my partner on our first evening, housekeeper try to make their way into the room without even knocking. Thanks to security lock, she did not get to see what she should not have seen. This experience pissed me off. I reported this to the front desk and yet again we were promised that a manager will reach out. During our stay, the concierge agent Ivan was very pleasant and helpful while most persons just stare at us like we were two criminals. I gather that they are not use to 2 guys in the same room. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable.As a result of this, I choose to have limited contact with the staff. Trust that my next visit will be a better experience if I decide to return to this hotel.

This property was very clean and had good restaurants with very good food. The ****** and sports bar were great too. The pool area is set up very well and has lots of space. I didn’t us the spa but someone that was traveling with me did and he said the massage wasn’t very good and had limited time’s available as they only had one massager. But he did enjoy the spas other amenities. The maid service was great as I don’t get up early and they cleaned the room very good everyday later on and never knocked early waking me up. I would recommend this hotel.

I can honestly give this resort a 10/10. The room was beautiful, the bathroom was even better and HUGE. I traveled alone from NYC to Panama & I felt so safe & comfortable. One of the staff members helped me with my dress and even took my birthday photos for me ! The young ladies at the front desk made my check-in & check out process extremely smooth & seamless. I cant recommend them enough.

I use this hotel very frequent, but I have the feeling that reservations from Expidia are sent to "No the best rooms" This is the second time I stayed on 9th floor and I'm noticing the bathrooms are not in the best shape as they use to be or are in other floors.

We spent a week at the Sortis. The rooms are very spacious, clean, have great views from the 12th floor and the showers are huge. This hotel is located in an are that was very convenient for us. Ubers come in less than 4minutes and you can get to Old Town and many other places for $3-$7. The most we spent was getting to Gamboa and that was $22. The ****** was good w/a lot of *************. There are like 6 restaurants to choose from…We only liked the pool food & Ciao Raggazi. We ate dinner at Ciao Raggazi 3 times. We loved their lasagna, Alfredo & pizza. They have mint & strawberry lemonades that were blended fresh and delicious. Our server Juan was the best. Everything he suggested was great. All the hotel staff we came in contact with were very nice and helpful. We spent one afternoon at the Spa and I had the women’s facilities all to myself. The Vitality pool, sauna and steam room are very large and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time at the Sortis Hotel, Spa & ******.
