The only problem we had was the room was double booked for what ever reason . We require a refund for the second room as it was cancelled by the Coachman.

We liked the late check in, the rooms are a bit dated but back in the 90’s this motel was the very best in the area. We would stay again.

The advertise photos did not match what we actually got, the carpet was stained and looked as though it had been flooded at some stage is was loose and had ridges you can trip on the room smelled musty, all very overpriced

Very average. The staff at check-in weren't friendly. The room was old and dated - and it was not serviced properly. They didn't make the bed each day. I think I was put in the worst room - backed on to a busy street. Overall, very poor. I wouldn't stay here again

The room was very dated, the carpet was worn with joins coming apart. The mattresses were nearly as old as me.
Overall the room could do with a makeover.

When booked this property I put in my correct date I wished to stay.
Then I back tracked through the booking and then the day I wanted to stay had changed and I didn't notice. My fault of course and I booked non refundable so I was stung, simple human errir but ******* didnt want to know. I will never use this sight again
