Great stay. Comfortable. Amazing staff.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! My kids and I had a really rough drive home and the staff was so helpful and compensating. This morning the kitchen staff helped my kids get their breakfasts and hot cocoa. I have never been to such an amazing hotel. Will be definitely pledging our loyalty to the Hampton hotels from now on!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gross aber sehr "abgelebt". Das Fenster schloss nicht richtig und so hörte man den nahen Highway deutlich. Überall waren deutliche Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Der Teppich im Flur ist durchgelaufen und schmutzig. Wir würden das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen. Das Parkieren kostet 15$ pro Nacht. Das geht gar nicht! Beim Einkaufscenter nebenan wäre es gratis gewesen....

The staff was GREAT! The full breakfast was SUPERB! The mattress was very lumpy and felt a spring in my back all night. Also would be nice to just pay a flat rate for parking. 2 nights cost me an additional 30.00 for non-secure or covered parking.

We were traveling withnour daughters softball team, but our room after a few hours gsmelled and we found out it was a oet friendly hotel and my daughter is highly allergic to animals and spent the whole night up sneezing and congested. It really suckes the pool was closed.

Overall, this was an excellent value for the money. Check in was easy, rooms were clean and quiet, charging outlets were plentiful and well placed, breakfast was on point. We always felt safe as well. A few notes- know that you are going to get charged $15 a day for parking. We did not realize this until we got there. Breakfast was really good; however, it would be nice if there was some other type of fruit other than apples. The lady that set up and cleaned up during breakfast was an absolute joy. Yes, I know this sounds silly, but there are some people in life that are truly filled with joy. She is one of them. The lady also that checked us in was super helpful and very nice. They also send several text messages throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. It seems the people that work there are happy to be doing their jobs, so well done Hampton/Hilton on finding people that are well suited in the hospitality business. We will need to make several trips during the year to Palmdale and we will stay here again.

There was snot in the bed we checked out immediately after. I asked for refund of second night was told no. My husband git bit by something it could have been a bed bug. I had hesitations of even booking here at the begining when i tried to cancel 1 minute after i was told no through the web site. My reservation was for 305.00 ******* said they would only return 146.00 1 minute after booking. The young girl at the desk was no help after we told her we were checking out after only 1 night ill submit pictures of teh booger in the bed and possible bed bugs
