Sehr geehrter Herr Bechtold Wir habe in Ihren Hotel vom 24.01.2024 bis zum 28.01.2024 übernachtet. Mit Begeisterung haben wir die Zeit in Ihrem Hotel in vollen Zügen genossen. Da wir geschäftlich sehr viel unterwegs sind und in vielen Hotels genächtigt haben, liegt es uns sehr am Herzen Ihnen das größte Kompliment für die überaus sehr netten Mitarbeiter und deren Höflichkeit sowie Professionalität auszusprechen. Vom Bell Boy angefangen über die Rezeption bis hin zur Servicekraft im Restaurant als auch vom Zimmermädchen oder zum Facility Mitarbeiter(in) haben wir immer eine freundliche Begrüssung erhalten mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht.... Dies ist in der heutigen Zeit leider sehr selten zu finden und scheint auch nicht mehr zur Normalität zu gehören. Deshalb ist es umso bemerkenswerter welch eine gute Stimmung Ihr Hotel ausstrahlt. In der Regel schreiben wir keine Kommentare nach unseren Aufenthalten aber das war uns in diesem Fall ein besonderes Anliegen. Wir werden diese Bewertung Tripadvisor auch veröffentlichen. Los reyes de Oriente bien se han portado con este gourmet que odia el congelado. Una comida de diez estrellas ha sido mi presente, para que este año tenga grasa hasta en la frente. Raudo hice mi reserva, porque el colesterol siempre observa. El castillo es antiguo y deslumbrante, sin ningún aprendiz de magia errante. Esperaba que me seleccionaran para una casa, pero vieron que prefería la carne a la brasa. La vista del plato vale la pena alzar para las vistas desde la terraza contemplar. La manduca que me sirvieron fue de rechupete, de crisis no convoqué un gabinete. Me gustó especialmente el solomillo, fue un regalo no sé si era carillo. El bacalao de mi acompañante fue excelente, bañado en salsa complaciente. Todo con vinos de maridaje que te salpican el traje. Ojalá el año que viene me lo vuelvan a regalar, voy a tenerlo que muy fuerte insinuar.

Me encantan los afternoon de este hotel, pero este especial Navidad con taller floral navideño ha sido muy especial. Teniendo en cuenta que una corona de flores natural cuesta cerca de 45, los 55€ que cuesta el evento con Moët & Chandon incluido es un regalo. Súper recomendable el momento té en este lugar.

Precioso Hotel!! Ideal para descanso, vista espectacular, lo pasamos de maravilla. Si disfrutan de golf y playa este es el lugar. Nosotros ademas rentamos carro que permitio recorrer isla. Personal muy amable.. recomendaron vistas mas hermosas de Mallorca

Arrivé sur place après un séjours décevant dans un autre hôtel de l’île, cet hôtel a littéralement sauvé nos vacances. Je tiens vraiment à mettre en avant le travail formidable du personnel qui était absolument incroyable, je me souvient particulièrement de Jasmin et Ramon (respectivement au bar et en reception) qui ont été vraiment formidable. Les chambres sont spacieuse et bien équipées avec des lit extrêmement confortable. Là salle de bain était elle aussi fantastique. Nous avons pu testé certain service de l’hôtel qui était tous à la hauteur. Les petits déjeuner sont varié et excellent. Le room service efficace et très bon. Habitué au tea-Time parisien nous avons été ravi du rapport qualité/prix de celui proposé sur place. Et enfin les cocktails qui étaient eux aussi succulent. La piscine intérieur est aussi très appreciable. Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique séjours.

A lovely old building, with lots of old paintings etc inside to enjoy, but we experienced quite a few problems. We booked a 2-week holiday at this hotel, half-board. We were not told on booking that ‘half-board’ apparently meant a very limited menu (most of which I could not eat, due to allergies). We were presented with this on about our third day, having eaten from the a la carte menu until then. Even the a la carte menu is quite limited, but the one we were asked to choose from only had 2 Choices per course! We contacted our travel agent, who got in touch with the hotel and told us it was sorted out, and we could choose from the a la carte menu each evening in future; however, this did not seem to have been conveyed to the restaurant staff, who kept telling us each evening to choose from the limited menu. This was very embarrassing when done in front of other guests. We had asked for a quiet room (having booked a grand deluxe with a sea view), but we were given a room directly over the bar, overlooking the main terrace where entertainment took place most evenings, and where large gatherings of visiting groups were held. It did have a beautiful view over the bay, though. There were many large groups in the hotel while we were there, which we had not been warned about, and some of which were quite disruptive. When the large groups ate at the hotel, it meant the service to ‘’normal’ guests like us was not very good, as priority seemed to be given to the groups. There was one large (210 guests) wedding, with a very loud group playing near the restaurant where we were trying to have a nice quiet meal. Apparently a wedding is held there every 2 weeks. On the day we left, 280 delegates arrived from the USA for a conference. We were VERY glad to be leaving! So if you are thinking of booking here for a peaceful couples holiday, it might be worth checking beforehand what other plans the hotel has for that period.
