第二次入住這家真正美麗的酒店......非常適合高爾夫球手，也適合那些像我們一樣不打高爾夫球的人度過一個純粹的輕鬆假期。房間很新而且很實用。兩個游泳池，室內和室外…只嘗試了室外的，真的很壯觀。優質的餐飲服務，午餐和晚餐都有多種菜餚。管理階層和所有員工的大力幫助。我們將在八月返回。強烈推薦！吉安·盧卡·馬納維拉

Wir kennen das Hotel seit der Eröffnung. Wir waren immer zufrieden. Dieses Mal war es die reine Katastrophe. - Der Preis wurde doppelt abgebucht! Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war es dem Hotel nicht möglich, das Geld zurück zu buchen! - Das Frühstücksbufett hat sich von Weltklasse (früher) zu Kreisklasse entwickelt. - Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer (Junior Suite) wurde nie nachgefüllt. - Die Bettwäsche wurde nie gewechselt (5 Tage) Alles in Allem: Was für ein Niedergang.Nie wieder!

Seit Jahren besuche ich dieses Hotel und war bis anhin immer zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Leider war der diesjährige Aufenthalt mehr als nur enttäuschend. Das Zimmer hätte eindeutig eine Ueberholung nötig! Als grosses Golfhotel angepriesen ist es nun nicht mehr möglich, auf dem Platz Son Muntaner umfassend einzuspielen. Die riesige Chipping-/Pitching-Area ist für Hotelgäste gesperrt und exklusiv nur noch den Clubmitgliedern/Academy vorbehalten- notabene auch dann, wenn die Area vollkommen leer ist! Bei Abreise dann die noch grössere Enttäuschung: Golfschuhe und Jacke wurden im Zimmer liegen gelassen, aber anscheinend hat niemand hat die Gegenstände gesehen bzw. gefunden….

Top Golf Hotel für die ganze Familie

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel qui allie charme, calme, magnifique piscine et excellent service ! L’accueil tant à la réception que dans les restaurants a toujours été très attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et la « bodega del green » à recommander en particulier !

we spend four nights for hotel and golf at high rates. surprisingly for us but also for hotel staff real sociedad football club with fifty people were hosted and remaining guests were treated as second class guests with temporary breakfast facilities, no entrance service etc etc - something we never accept, nowhere at no time. sorry but this must never happen in a 5 star hotel at this rate.

This is a 2 star hotel, or at least, very far from a five star hotel. It stared already at check in. No other word for it than chaos. We were a group of 11 golfers, and when we arrived we were the only guests in reception. Still it took more than 1/2 hour to get everybody a room. Upon entering the room we realized they've put us in a double room. Not too keen on spending the night in the same bed, we asked for another room, or at least, change the bed(s) so to make it a twin. The person helping us with the bags promised to convey this to the hotel administration. Nothing happened, so in the evening we asked the same of the personell in the reception, and we were met with a shoulder shrug like it wasn't their problem. So no surprise nothing happened that night. Next day, a new request to reception, and . ..nothing happened. Spent the next 5 days in a double bed. It's not like we asked for much, the base was made up in two parts, so the only thing missing was two madrases to make it a twin room. Breakfast was a disappointment, worth 2 stars. Transport. The hotel offered free transport to the golf course, unfortunately it was rather unpleasant due to a very aggressive driving style. Not the best start on a day for golf in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Taxi. Maybe not the hotels responsibility, but since the taxis on a couple of occasion turned up 1/2 hour late, one would expect some of the staff to show some initiative, like contacting the taxi company for an updated arrival time and maybe, ask us to wait inside with a drink rather than having us standing outside not knowing what was happening. In general, the hotel is understaffed and the staff lacks training to offer the service expected in a 5 star hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel by Son Vida golf course. We used a family room with twin beds and a sofa bed -- there was plenty of space for all three of us (couple and a child). The room was clean and equipped with everything you'd normally find in a proper 5* hotel. The mattresses are a bit on the firm side and the pillows very very soft, but for a few days one could adjust to them. The outdoor pool area is stunning and very well maintained. There's always a lifeguard on site, sometimes even two, supervising both the outdoor and the indoor pools. The sauna is great and very hot. I also really enjoyed the breakfast here -- very good quality food, good diversity .. particularly the fruits, the breads. They have a juicing machine and you can make your own fruits/veggie juice in the morning. The staff, all around, are great -- polite and helpful (not to forget multilingual).
