萬豪沙漠泉別墅酒店(Marriott's Desert Springs Villas I)

It’s a very beautiful resort. The room was enough room for a family. We had full kitchen to prepare meals for the kids. The patio opened to a nice pond snd golf course. The pools were kept clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for the guests. We had a great time. 😎👍

It was ok. The refrigerator was not very cold annd had ann Oder, and the microwave didn’t work. The pool water was cloudy. Liked the little balcony. Like that they had a Starbucks, however, when I went in for morning coffee one of the women was braiding another’s hair while she was preparing food. That was really gross. So if you find a hair in your guacamole you’ll know where it came from.

Showed as 11am check out when booked, told it was 10am when we checked in. Room very nice but lighting/condition of shower area poor. Did not make it clear that it was necessary to lift luggage up outside concrete stairwells, no bell operation. ********** clearly showed this facility as having multiple restaurants and an inclusive breakfast when we booked - on check in the desk assistant laughed when I mentioned breakfast and said they had a single bar/grill type food outlet. We would stay again having been pre-warned but only on a longer stay - this place is hopeless for an overnight.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great room overlooking golf course, attentive and friendly customer service and amazing amenities so we never had to leave the property. Quiet and serene. Outside of a Roku/smart tv, it literally has everything we could want including Starbucks coffee! Def plan on going back! Oh and did I mention you can walk to the JW Marriott?

This is our sixth visit to Marriott desert springs villas 1, because we love the setting on the golf course. Nothing is perfect, and little things could be improved. Our dishwasher did not work properly, and there is lots of visible wear and tear in the kitchen, especially around the dishwasher. But the overall comfort of the unit, spaciousness, and beautiful setting make it all worth it.

The (Villas 1) property is a bit overrated for the amount of $/night. I booked a 2-queen ‘villa’ which at the time of checkin was explained to me that it’s not a villa and is a studio. They told me all studios are street facing patios, in reality it was worse than what it sounds since they have AC units right next to the studio patios which makes it impossible to use the patio given the noise. To get a villa with a view you need to almost pay twice $$ (although the pictures of the so called studio show patio with views). The other downside of a studio is it only has a small kitchenette (be prepared to see ants & silverfish all over) vs villas have full kitchen incl. cooktop. The property doesn’t serve breakfast, but has a small Starbucks in their marketplace. Not much dining options (all I came across was a bar/burger place across one of the many pools but was like 15min walk for me). When I brought all of this up at checkout I was told to try book the Villas 2 next time…
