金哈別墅酒店(Hotel Villas KIN Ha)

El hotel cuenta con una entrada peligrosa, el día de anoche que nos hospedamos hubo una lluvia torrencial, el problema es que al entrar al hotel se encharca mucho a un costado tienen un dren de agua que no tiene señalamientos ni está protegido, y con el agua que sube cuando llueve por la noche no se ve nada entonces si no conoces la zona puede ocurrir lo que a nosotros, nos fuimos en el dren la camioneta hasta la mitad de agua yo iba con mi familia y lo más lamentable es que los del hotel no salieron ni se hicieron notar en el incidente nadie nos auxilió del hotel ni siquiera por que la Grua hizo maniobras en su estacionamiento. Tomen sus precauciones no es un hotel confiable.

A la llegada muy bien me asignaron habitación y el control de la televisión no servía aparentemente por baterías en mal estado, después quise apagar el led del aire acondicionado y se descompuso por completo el clima que hasta nos tuvieron que cambiar la habitación a las 11:00 pm 😡😡😡

Nos tocó una habitación que en la parte de atrás tiene mucha vegetación. Nos salieron varias arañitas la cama estaba algo dura, no descansamos biens

Las áreas verdes en general son bastante amplias para recorrerlas a cualquier hora, posee un amplio estacionamiento. En general al balance calidad precio es genial.

Hace falta mejorar la limpieza y estado de las albercas, las instalaciones están descuidadas

Everything was good. The place is next to the jungle which it was a plus. Lots of humidity so be aware. I am only giving a four stars because one of the rooms a/c made a lot of noise and was not able to get a good night rest. Also the pool had no lighting and after a long trip from touring, we wanted to take a dip but it was all dark. Room are clean and lots of space. Beds are also very clean and comfortable. Lots of different birds to see which made it very nice to hear them in the morning. Food is great and the service was great. If you want to avoid crowds, come between November 23 to December 12. Not too many people and you will avoid Mexicos vacation rush. But be aware of the pergrimage people of the virgen de guadalupe. They will slow the flow of traffic and cause you at times headaches to get to your destination. Over all we had a great time and nice stay. I definitely recommend this hotel

Extremely poor condition. Bugs and critters everywhere in the room. Toilet not flushing. VERY DIRTY. HORRIBLE PLACE.
