We were not pick up in the airport for ******* did not coordinate with then our schedule of check in and arrival . Other thing that ******* did not coordinate was our tour the number you gave was cannot be contacted , the River tour they cancelled on the day of the tour that I was upset for that was the reason why we visited the place . I finally they contacted us after an hour late of our pick up scheduled just to informed the trip was canceled. I refused to be canceled and demanded us to be transferred in another tour group otherwise we will let them pay our plane ticket and our hotel . So they are forced to provide us another tour group . Your rate to us is very high when we direct to them it much cheaper and you don’t provide a good coordination service . Once you got the payment , we are of it’s own which was very stressful for your telephone number you provided no body return the call .
I cancelled the second tour Honda bay 3 days ahead of time of the actual schedule so we expect a refund for that . since in your guide line 3 days a head cancellation.
With this bad experience with ******* poor coordination and service we don’t like to use ******* at all nor recommend to our friends and family . Please improve your service .
