Grand hôtel à car de touristes, bien placé en bord de lac attention cet hôtel se trouve dans le parc de Glen Canyon dont il faut payer l.entrée. Chambres vieillottes dont le ménage laisse à désirer nombreux détritus sous les lits, pas de table sur le balcon donnant sur le lac, belles piscines restaurant très cher car rien autour. Paysage magnifique

This was my first time staying at this resort after it was recommended to us and I think it was okay but definitely not what I expected. Our room smelled like mildew and there was a huge stain on the floor as soon as we walked in. The bathroom was just kind of dark & dingy and our shower was slightly dirty… I’d come back and try it again, but maybe book a lake front room and hope it is better.

I understand they are renovating. Previous reviews said rooms were musty. Our room was not musty and seemed freshly painted. Some fixtures have been renovated. Bathroom fixtures still need work. With some TLC, this place would be GREAT. Keep working on it and we will try again another year.

The service in the resort was great. The restaurant staff at the Rainbow Room was first class. The room I was given was very old, dimly lit,and run down. The TV didnt work, as well as some lamps in the room did not work.The building our room was in, was dirty. Our room was not dirty, but the building had trash in the hall way area that stayed there for the whole time we were staying. One thing I did not like is in order to get to the resort, you have to pay $30.00 per car to enter the Lake Powell area where the resort is located.

Schöner Zugang und Ausblick auf den Lake Powell. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort, deswegen hatten alle Restaurants geschlossen. Die Zimmer waren geholfen. Ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, jedoch leider keine Mikrowelle. Der Pool war trotz kühlen Außen geraden benutzbar, da er beheizt ist. Definitiv ein Aufenthalt wert.

The setting is stunning and the grounds are well kept, including the wonderful pool/jacuzzi area. However, the room we were in wasn’t clean upon arrival (particularly the bathroom floor and spotty old carpet), felt a little prison like (all white walls, popcorn ceiling), and we were not provided towels unless we walked to the front desk and asked. Some money invested to updating the rooms and building hallways, plus compensation for cleaning staff could go a long way to make this worth staying again, but as it stands, I wouldn’t come back.

The location is fabulous, the restaurants had great food at reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were in desperate need of updates. The carpets badly stained, sliding door to patio not secure, flimsy bar to secure door. No soap in shower and sink dispensers. Garbage bins in hallway were full when we arrived and 3 days later not emptied.

We are a family of 11 age ranging from 77 to 1 years olds. We arrived at 4pm for check in and we were told our rooms were not ready. So we hung out at the pool area very tired from a day of travel from phoenix. At 7 pm ( note there was a time difference) I again went to front desk and was told there was only four cleaning staff and 300 rooms needed to be cleaned. So I made a fuss.
