It was great area. Lake and good viewing, everything was good

Grand hôtel à car de touristes, bien placé en bord de lac attention cet hôtel se trouve dans le parc de Glen Canyon dont il faut payer l.entrée. Chambres vieillottes dont le ménage laisse à désirer nombreux détritus sous les lits, pas de table sur le balcon donnant sur le lac, belles piscines restaurant très cher car rien autour. Paysage magnifique

Schöner Zugang und Ausblick auf den Lake Powell. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort, deswegen hatten alle Restaurants geschlossen. Die Zimmer waren geholfen. Ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, jedoch leider keine Mikrowelle. Der Pool war trotz kühlen Außen geraden benutzbar, da er beheizt ist. Definitiv ein Aufenthalt wert.

The location is fabulous, the restaurants had great food at reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were in desperate need of updates. The carpets badly stained, sliding door to patio not secure, flimsy bar to secure door. No soap in shower and sink dispensers. Garbage bins in hallway were full when we arrived and 3 days later not emptied.

We are a family of 11 age ranging from 77 to 1 years olds. We arrived at 4pm for check in and we were told our rooms were not ready. So we hung out at the pool area very tired from a day of travel from phoenix. At 7 pm ( note there was a time difference) I again went to front desk and was told there was only four cleaning staff and 300 rooms needed to be cleaned. So I made a fuss.

We used to love this place but now it's terrible. First, the man who was working the desk on Sunday afternoon was awful. He was yelling at guests, it was so ridiculous. We arrived 30 minutes before 4pm & he was yelling at someone else "check in isn't until 4 we won't even look at your reservation before 4!!!!" It's one thing to check & say your room isn't ready but he was insanely rude & inappropriate. Then coming back at 4, he's complaining non stop that he doesn't feel well & he should have never come to work. Next, the rooms were disgusting. There was feces on the walls in the bathroom. Carpets were not vacuumed. We receives 3 towels for 4 people & they would not bring additional towels. There is coffee in the room but no cups. There were fire ants crawling everywhere. Restraunt staff was rude. Coffee bar was out of so many things they would've had better luck telling you what they could make instead of the laundry list of things they were out of. Could not get ice. Really just too many problems...

Check in time was 4 PM. We did not get a room until 6:30. There is a good restaurant here, but we could not get seated. They said they were booked solid, although the room was empty in the early hours. We finally got to our room in the dark. The lights wouldn’t work. I’ve gotten better service at the Red Roof Inn.

Got to the hotel to check in at 5:30 after a long day on the lake. Was told the rooms weren’t ready. Blamed on being sold out the night before and they only had 3 maids. Finally texted us at 8 pm to let us know the rooms were ready. Not happy. And rooms were dirty and out dated

Hotel is promoted as a resort but the amenities are very basic. Rooms are old, in need of update, the chairs on balcony were broken, concrete wall does not allow a view when seated anyway. Housekeeping is provided after departure, but we had exactly 1 pod of coffee, 3 towels & 2 washcloths, if your not providing housekeeping, extra supplies should be in the room to get you through your stay. The TV never had more than 6 channels available, we called and were given instructions on how to improve this but it never worked, also there must be a master switch as the television would just turn off & on for no reason. The railing on the stairs was broken. The pool near the main building on the first day we were there was filled with debris. We did use the other pool one afternoon & there were no towels, multiple staff were asked no one appeared to be able to provide any, we were at the pool for 4 hours & as we were leaving the staff who previously stated they were unable to assist were then bringing in towels? The expectation was we were getting a resort and we got less than we've had at a previous stay at a motel 6. For the price & amenities I recommend stay in Page at one of the newer hotels. We did enjoy our meal at the Rainbow room - the service was exceptional, the food was good, and great view.
