La cama hacía ruido cada vez q uno se movía la ropa de cama se sentía como q era de plástico no eran nada cómodas las puertas de los baños no tiene llave y en la sala el aparato del aire hace mucho ruido en la noche mi familia se quejó de ese ruido el aire acondicionado no se sentía es mi segunda vez aquí en este hotel vine el año pasado y me gusto pero esta vez fue todo lo contrario no teníamos acondicionador para el cabello tubimos q pedir

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 kids for our wedding anniversary. We paid for a room that supposed to be a “sea view” and it’s more expensive coz of the view supposedly. Upon checking, the room they gave us was a street view, but they called it a beach front. Everytime we open our curtain all we can see are the people walking with their dogs. The next day, we asked them to clean our room. Even called the front office just to make sure it will be clean when we come back. We came back with dirty room, one of the staff left a bottle of cleaner with no lid (note that we have small kids), I called the office and they said that the housekeeping are done for that hour and that was around 5pm. We checked out the next day and found out after hours of driving that my husband accidentally left his dirty pants in one of the drawer with his wallet in it, and until now we never heard from them! What kond of employees were they hiring in this hotel where we paid more than 1,000 dollars for tonights! We were expecting better, but the whole experienced was just terrible! Terrible than a 1 star hotel! What a shame!

Hotel staff is rude, unaccommodating and not helpful. I have been staying at this property since I was a child (for 30+ years) back when it was the embassy suites mandalay bay. It was always a wonderful experience. Since the Zachari Dunes started renovating 4+ years ago the hotel has never been the same. When we arrived at 2pm we were told our room was not ready. This was totally understandable given the fact that check in is at 4pm. So we pre-checked in with the hotel. Then 3 hours later we still had not heard that our room was ready so I checked with the front desk and they told me the housekeeper was still working on our room. Now its 2 hours past check in time and its 6pm and we get the text that our room is ready. Both of the elevators were out of service so we had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs. When we arrive the room was not fully cleaned. I call down to front desk to send someone to change the sheets and clean the hair and filth off the floor...we wait 45 mins. Then I go down to the front desk and ask for some rags and sheets and I will do it myself. Then the manager comes out and apologizes and explains how busy the hotel is and how under staffed they are. This would all be well and fine but if your hotel is not fully open after a renovation then you should not be allowed to charge $500 - $700 night + resort fee + parking fee + the $30 cheeseburger on the menu.

This is the last time for us at a Hilton! The room was not very clean. We kept finding long blond hairs everywhere! Also our room was very noisy. It sounded like some kind of animal loose in the room above us. After pre-paying, they tacked on all kinds of resort fees for things we did not use. Ugh!!

Nice place, clean rooms. Loved having 2 bathrooms for our small family. Restaurant and bar onsite are really nice. Nice pool and hot tub. Right on a big expansive beach.

The location and convenience of ocean are the only positives, parking area I used was dirty,broken elevators on most likely busiest weekends of the year,refrigerator didn’t work,highly disappointing,I was a better stay when it was embassy suites

old building they tried to revive.....just felt like a low budget motel. Noisy & sketchy vibe.

Zachari Dunes is a great family-resort. For whatever reason it seemed under-staffed and some of the smaller amenities and activities were not available on weekdays.
