No body wash refilled. No toilet paper when we got in the room. At last there was no light in the bathroom because fuse blows.
Lobby is clean, service was good. However room should be maintained.

Shelby at the front desk was super.
Our room wasnt ready when we arrived (3:00 check in and we got there at 6!) But she got housekeeping rounded up and by the time we got back from dinner, the room was ready.
First night was fine. Second night some traveling sports team of little boys were in the hotel unsupervised all night and ran up and down the halls screaming all night long. We should have called CPS and had them all taken in to custody. Felt bad for the employees who had to field complaints all night long.

We went to visit some family and this hotel is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It is super clean, the beds are actually very comfortable and the room is spacious. Can not recommend this hotel enough.
