Dirty, furniture torn and dirty, bedding smelled. .. I have pictures! breakfast made us both sick, either the eggs, gravy, sausage or all 3.. definitely won't be back. It's funny, because I chose this place because of the rating. Smelled strong of cheap pine sol..

Check in was lovely, staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice upon first glance. But then we started seeing small things, some crumbs on the floor, desk chair a little shredded. Then when we were looking at the beds we started seeing some bigger things. Spots on pillow cases (stains/discoloration), what looks like food smeared into the edge of the mattress, and something similar on the curtains, bathroom counter had messy spots all over it that’s I wiped up upon arrival, and the shower had some hair in it. Nothing overwhelming horrible, but enough to make me nervous about how clean the room actually was. Other than that, everything was great, beds were super soft, pillows were soft, wifi was great, no disturbances, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room left some to be desired.

Actually stayed here thinking that my destination the following day was farther south. Turned out that that was not the case, but I am glad that I chose this accommodation nevertheless. Fast check in, (no interrogation like at other locations by ethnic foreigners), clean, comfortable, quiet relaxing room, and great value. Breakfast was more extensive than at other hotels as well. Will stay here again if I am in the area.

My truck was broken into the same night as I got there. While checking in there were 2 ladies wearing security uniforms so i assumed my vehicle would be safe. The next morning i noticed several vehicles had been broken into. Another person walked up to me and asked if i had been notified about it. Several things were stolen from my vehicle

We loved our room. We will be staying there again and will want the same room. Our only problem was people running up and down the hall and being loud outside our room.

we asked to have a room not near the elevator and they put us closest to the elevator, had a barking dog a few doors down, was downstairs and used the restroom and there was no toilet paper, napkins or kleenix in the bathroom and went to ask for some and he just took napkins, than my granddaughter was still sleeping and the maid came and knocked on the door i guess to clean it when we wasn’t even checked out yet and woke her up (about 9 am and thot we have till 11 to check out

This is an older hotel that appeared to have some updated renovations inside, but is in need of outside maintenance. The staff was nice and helpful. The communal areas and our room was clean. We were on the first floor with a one inch wooden rod in the window to keep anyone outside from sliding it open. The desk chair’s leather was peeling with 1/3 of the seat gone and several places on the back were peeling. The desk had deep scratches on the front. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. The bed was on the firm side. Tv stations were from other national cities with some news stations reporting snippets of news from a few days old to over a week old. There were stations for everyone in the family. There was an outside pool that appeared to be clean with a small area for lounging. The outside side door didn’t shut completely upon arrival leaving it unlocked and prior to leaving the hinge had broken staying open. The back door was working properly upon arrival, but sometime during our stay black tape was placed over the card scanner and the stairwell door was cracked for entry. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, muffins, various breads, self made waffles and beverages. The location is right off the highway in a more quite less busy area, but close to many venues, shopping and restaurants.

We were Here for one night to attend a family funeral. The motel was convenient for us. easy to get to where we needed to go, nice hot breakfast. We would stay here again if in the Owensboro area.
