歐文之音夜晚旅館(Nights Inn Owen Sound)

We liked it was walkable distance to restaurants. We like the customer service and checking in and out was super easy. The room had a funny smell though, but it appeared to be clean. It’s a dated place but I think the administration tries to run it as best as possible. In general good for the price.

My friends and I booked multiple rooms at this motel for Fri-Sun. Upon checking in, the day manager was pleasant, however, we had a much different experience with the night manager, "Sam". He was belligerent, unreasonable and irate. He targeted my group of friends (a group of 9 women, all professionals). He was aggressive towards us, and hurled insults and profanities at us, telling us that there was a "curfew" of 10:30 p.m. at the motel (I might add that he approached us and started harassing us at 10:20 p.m.) After complying with all of his requests, he continued to harass us all, attempting to invoke a reaction from us. When my friends tried to reason with him, he simply walked away, called the police and demanded we turn our keys in and the police were forced to remove us from the property. The police officers advised us that this had happened several times over that past month or so.This was a humiliating experience for us all. To top this all off, one of the women, an elderly woman who was already in bed and had to be woken to be removed from the property, ended up being infested with BED BUGS from this facility. This also seems to be a scam that the night manager is running to evict people from their rooms at the beginning of their stay and then proceeding to charge them for their accommodation. We were told we'd receive a partial refund only, although we were only there for a few hours on Friday night, which we still have not received.

Wonderful clean motel. Parking in front of rooms, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Great location close to several dining options and grocery store. Very friendly..

Stayed in the King Jacuzzi suite and had a wonderful evening. Close enough to walk downtown for dinner. Would stay again.

Perfect over night stay have been there before and will go back again and again. Highly recommend, everything was more than satisfactory.

Overall, it was agreat stay. The only issue was consitency in temperature while taking a shower. The water temperature varied quite a bit while I was showering.

The overall property was nice. For the price there was no breakfast. In the room the TV gave us at least a few options for enjoyable movie watching but limited. Bathroom floor was cracked and had sharp edges on it. The living room floor you could hear the floor tiles that were broken under it. I called to say we would be late and they insisted on payment up front and leaving the key in their mailbox. Plus when I got there, the office was still open and they wanted a $300 deposit for the room. I find this unacceptable. I won't be back

We booked through 3 rd party so had very little interaction with the staff in fact on checkout the man at the front desk was on the phone and just told me to leave the key on the desk. Never asked how the stay was. It was pretty clean but when we pulled back the sheets they seemed a little stained and there was a hair on them. Not nice, we slept on top of the sheets

The motel was very clean and quiet. Staff were professional and courteous. We received a courtesy call in the evening to confirm our arrival time which was a nice touch. Check in was quick. The motel’s location is close to restaurants and coffee shops so very convenient.
