奧塔姆瓦酒店(The Hotel Ottumwa)

Easy walk from Amtrak with desk open upon late arrival. Nice breakfast in hotel restaurant included and we were able to store our luggage at hotel until train departure. Good place to get a night’s bed rest in an historic hotel on a cross country train trip.

I love staying here and I stay here a lot. It is a historical building, so the rooms are not super fancy, but they are comfortable and clean and the staff is amazing. I love Tom Tom Tap and the other restaurant onsite. Also, pretty sure it's *******.

It’s a cool old historic hotel that needs some updating. One of our beds didn’t smell great so we used the other one. Loved the Tom Tom Tap. Good dinner and drinks.

What a delight to find this historic hotel in Ottumwa IA. Excellent checkin experience. Quiet comfortable room at a great price.

Hotel was originally built in 1917 and while the lobby retains some charm, the rooms do not. Drop ceiling and carpet so old I left my socks on to avoid walking barefoot on it. Shower water pressure was sorely lacking. Had to set AC at 60 to be relatively comfortable on a cooler evening.

We had wanted to stay in this historic hotel. It has character and was a nice place to stay. The included breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Found out after we made the reservation that new owners will be converting the hotel to apar**ents. Hope they keep and restore the historic details. Glad we stayed once before it closes!

The hotel is a very old building very unique in appearance. They give you free breakfast vouchers for each day you stay, there is a Resturant in the hotel and there is also a bar in the hotel. Very payed back Enviromental. Very easy to find a place to park. The hotel also is decorated with antique furniture. Very cool hotel!! I and my wife will be staying there again when we visit Iowa.

Well maintained for older property. Sketchy crowd always present just outside on the street, but.friendly enough. Enjoyed.the.location,. walking downtown and by the river.
