The property was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Check in was smooth and the front desk personnel was very pleasant and helpful.

The front desk workers are exceptionally friendly and helpful (both morning worker and late night worker).

For the exceptionally low cost, it was a great value. I would stay there again.

The hotel is undergoing renovation and there was construction debris being dealt with….. The morning breakfast was very nice. The room and bed were excellent in spite of the construction…. Cars were covered with dust in the parking lot…

I understand the hotel is doing renovations, but after checking into 3 different rooms, i decided to stay at another hotel. I wish i would have take more pictures to express the disappointment and uncleanliness i encountered with this particular hotel. Its like they remade the beds and that's it. Mirrors, floors, toilets, refrigerators, walls, are just naming a few of the tjings that were never cleaned in all 3 rooms i was given.

This hotel's front parking lot is under construction or reparation. it is big enough to have been repaired in two phases. one side first, and leave the other for guests. It was a terrible experience to have to park on the dusty terrain and have to go around the parking walking on the dusty grass carrying your luggage. The lobby was messy, but it is understandable due to the construction work right is front of the entrance

3 nights no internet, run down, not very good breakfast, but the worst was 3 nights of killing ants all over the headboard end tables on both sides.

This hotel appears to be under new ownership and they are doing remodeling. My room was completely redone, but it looks like it was done quickly and sloppy. There is construction throughout the hallways, lobby, and entry. The deadbolt on my room door did not work as it did not line up. There was a bug in my room which I believe was a carpet beetle…but any bug is not a good bug in a hotel.

Everything was great except the safety lock on the door did not work and also there was not a do not disturb placard to put on door-someone knocked while in the shower. Also appreciate breakfast but many people do not eat pork so might be more consumer friendly to have non pork options like cream gravy! Thank you for all that you do!
