I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights while on a business trip and was the best choice! The room was very nice and cosy, the restaurant also, and they have a big parking place. The hotel staf is nice and helpful!

Pluses: clean room, nice big shower, comfortable king bed, ample pillows, good breakfast Minuses: 1.- returned at 2:30 pm from a meeting, room was still not cleaned. 2.- hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday, on weekdays does not open til 5 pm For 140 EUR/night, you can take a little more care of your customer

The hotel is very good, clean and customer friendly. The breakfast offers a lot of choices and everything is fresh. The (accessible) room was very well equiped, large and spacious enough for the wheelchair.

I recently spent a week here and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and well-kept. The bed was just right, not too hard and not too soft. The bathroom was spotless. There were plenty of outlets and the lighting was more than sufficient. Reception was businesslike and professional. The breakfast offered had plenty of choices and was quite filling, especially as it was sometimes my only meal of the day. The only negatives were that the room was sometimes too hot and when ordering from the set menu in the restaurant at dinner, they were unwilling to accommodate dietary restrictions, telling us that no changes could be made. I would readily stay here again should my travels take me back to Ostrava in the future.
