This is a nice hotel, without special atmosphere, like any other decent one anywhere. Good breakfast, comfy beds. Nothing special to say about this hotel, very ordinary, very clean. A bit too far from Ostrava centre. Pleasant receptionists

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights this July 2023 in time for the BFL festival. Here were a lot of peole but on reception was very fast check-in and very friendly and clever team. Room 426 was clean - good job from cleaner Lucy :) The beds were comfortable. Maybe some small fridge is missing here - I think that is normally in hotels. We looked forward to breakfast every day because the food was very delicious. Huge range - salt and sweet and all fresh, yummy. Eggs, pancakes, porridge, garlic soupe, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, hams, cheese, desserts, nutella, peanut butter, much types of bakery products ... all what you need to eat. Great coffee and juice, teas Wonderful work all team in restaurant. Every day with a smile and friendly mood. Cleaning dishes from tables, additional foods and drinks. I was excited!! :) Very funny was the cat robot for collecting the dishes :D My feelings are very positive and not last visit in this hotel. I look forward to the next visit. When watching Ostrava Open, just walking distance, so best place to stay at. No food after breakfast though, but the supermarket is also walking distance.

We stayed here while attending a sports event. Rooms were spotless if a bit dated in appearance. Beds were very comfy. Great breakfast but strangely there was no restaurant or bar open at any other time during the day. The location is on the outskirts of the town and there are not that many places to eat nearby. We did find a bar called Carlos around the corner which served food. The staff there were very friendly and helpful but did not speak English. They asked one of their regular customers to translate which was fun :) There are tram stops just a few minutes away from the hotel that will get you into town.

La atención de Simona fue lo mejor, felicidades por su actitud de servicio y ayuda. Acceder al hotel es complicado, todo apagado en el motor lobby, la entrada es por una puerta pequeña a un lado del hotel. La habitación muy bien, limpia y agradable.

Hotel di buon livello non lontano dall'autostrada. Peccato non ci sia il ristorante interno vista la lontananza dal centro città. Arrivato alle 20.30 è stato impossibile cenare, i ristoranti cittadini tutti già chiusi.... Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione discreta.
