亞美利堅長住酒店 - 橙市- 凱特拉大道(Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Katella Ave)

Second time staying at this hotel and it’s always a good choice. Wonderful to have a kitchenette so that I eat breakfast and dinner in hotel when I get back early from the hotel.

It was nice

Staff was not friendly. Spoke with staff to advise late check in and was told two different things. After long travels and being exhausted it was not fun being told we might have to wait a hour for a computer system to run an audit before they could check us in (even though I already called and did most the check in and had the room paid before arriving as to not have to worry about the audit aspect) Hallways smelled of urine. Room wasn’t bad but the bed is super hard, squeaky and wanted to tip over if you sat on the edge.

The water heater in our room doesn't work correctly. It's warm for a few seconds minutes, then turns cold and stays cold. The room has a funky smell as well. It is complete with a full-sized fridge but it smelled and looked dirty.

エンゼルスの試合を観るのに利用。球場まで歩いて25分くらいで行ける。部屋にはホテルにしては大型の冷蔵庫や電子レンジも完備しており、長期滞在にが良いホテル。ただ、朝食付きと言ってもコーヒーと菓子パンしかなく、朝食とは思えない。

We love extended stay but honestly and I hope that some changes are made because the rooms can be cleaned 110 percent better. It would make the overall stay and comfort a lot better.

The bed was broken, it tipped forward when we sat in the front to take take our shoes off and we fell forward. On top of that there was no hot water, we let it run for 10 mins and nothing changed.

The room was good the service can improve. overall I give it 7/10
