I had the room for one night. I checked out at 6:50 am. When I looked at my card around 7 pm to see the status of the deposit being returned, I saw an additional charge for another night. I called the front desk to ask what was going on. He said that I called and asked to have it extended. I said no I did not as I was already back home in Twin Falls. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I told him he better reverse the charges and return the deposit as I had clearly checked out early that morning & that as I was the cardholder and the charges weren’t authorized by me, I would call my bank and report the unauthorized/fraudulent charges. I further stated that in no way, whatsoever, would I be responsible or liable for any incidentals for that room as I was not there nor did I extend my stay.
