Hot tub is broken, I’m bummed about that. That’s why I did 4 stars for facilities. Front desk clerk, the owners brother, is very nice.

Very clean comfortable room. Heating and cooling precise settings. Heats and cools quickly. Complimentary Keurig style coffee and tea bags. Mini fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room. Also has hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Plenty of free choices of cable tv shows and movies to watch. Also has complimentary breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Property was unkept , cigarette butts at the entrance cobwebs garbage
Rooms were a bit dusty, old and pieced together

Seemed to be in a more deserted part of town off of highway. Windows were terribly dirty. Key cards did not work on outside entrance doors, so guests were keeping them open with rugs which is unsafe. Breakfast was minimal but what was there was ok.
