Rooms were very nice. However getting a room was difficult as they treat ******* bookings poorly. The property tried to charge us $25 to check in early. We waited until four our room wasn’t ready so we waited at five we finally went to the front desk and asked about our room they said our room type wasn’t ready and when I asked what the room type was it was an ******* room type there were many rooms available but just not for anybody who booked through *******. We had asked if we could use the hot tub and sauna while we waited and then we were informed those were broken. Apparently weeks before those were also broken when my friend stayed. We tried to go to the sports bar to watch the college championship football playoff games but they closed between three and 4 o’clock right in the middle of the games and when we had to wait. The staff was rude and it was only when we insisted on them giving us a room since it was so late did a manager have to authorize us to have a room that wasn’t an ******* type. The kicker was if we wanted to pay $25 we could’ve got right in which is not right. Not to mention the facilities we came there for broken and to watch the football games we came therefore we also couldn’t do that until 4 o’clock. Breakfast was completely self service you order at a counter you get your food on a paper plate that appeared to have been microwaved and have to go get plastic silverware your own drinks and still the average cost per plate was $15. Save your $

The rooms are very nice. Beds are comfortable. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurants but they looked good. The only thing I didn't like was the cigarette smell from the ******. We even had a room on the 3rd floor and we could still smell the cigarettes. So I would say if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke I would not stay there.

The hot tub and sauna were broken. I read another review from November (we went the end od December) that said the hot tub was broken then too. No towels by the pool. 2 out of 3 dining areas were closed on the weekend we were there. The coffee stand did not open until 8am. Even 1 of 2 elevators were broken while were were there. Rooms are very comfy and clean, they had fridge but no microwave. Honestly I would never go back.

Although the rooms were listed as 'non-smoking' the smoke from the first floor ****** was very much present in the room I had on the 4th floor. Disgusting. And the HVAC unit in the room was especially loud - I had to turn it completely off to sleep.

The staff was helpful and the hotel overall was comfortable and clean. The only thing that we didn’t like is that the hotel was smoke free and the rooms smelled of smoke and we left super stuffy because of it. Overall a good experience

Rooms were lovely. ****** floor quite Smokey, cafe closed not sure if upgrading. No breakfast options other than biscuits n gravy and chicken fried steak. Hotel is well maintained.

It was a nice hotel with a comfortable bed and it was clean and in good shape but we couldn’t seem to get our room cleaned the few days we stayed there and we asked one afternoon if we could get the garbages emptied and to bring toilet paper and nobody showed up

Did a fast over night trip with two other couples. We squeezed in some American shopping at the local stores before checking in. Rooms are spacious and they have double window coverings to block out the light. Big comfy beds. Nice pool area and hot tub that leads outside. Dinner and Sunday Buffett was delicious. Staff was so very friendly and efficient from check-in to check-out and everything in between. The only negatives are we stayed on the top floor and it took a full five minutes to get hot water from the running shower so felt like such a waste of water but it was ice cold until it warmed up and also being from Canada, there is no smoking anywhere indoors or even close to a doorway so the smoking on the ****** floor is awful. All 6 of us went to bed with stuffed noses, dry, burning eyes and dry, scratchy throats. I wish they would turn to no smoking. Then this site would be perfect. We went for our birthday and got $10 free play, $30 voucher for food which covered my whole meal Saturday night and a little 12 Tribes BT speaker.

Can’t get past the cigarette smoke. It’s AWFUL. ****** only, but it permeates the entire place. Beautiful big shower with a tiny shower head with next to no pressure.
