The hotel is extremely dated. When you pull in it already looks "sketchy" because the sign is extremely old and worn out looking. The staff was nice but the check in area/lobby is very small. My room (1 king bed) was clean but worn. There were black spots on the toilet seat and in the toilet where some porcelain was missing. There was one little shampoo bottle, lotion, and soap but no conditioner.
The breakfast was okay, but the gravy was in an old-fashioned crock pot (like grandma would have), and the customer would just lift the lid to get gravy. It wasn't very sanitary. No eggs or meat, 1 waffle machine, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, etc.
Upon check-in, i was given a list of "rules" to follow--which wasn't welcoming. I'm sure the reason is because breakfast, the pool, etc. have been abused in the past, but it made me feel like I was in trouble before I barely got to my room. It wish I had taken a picture so I could upload it.
Only one nightstand light worked...it was very strange. Then we looked and realized one was plugged in and one wasn't, so we looked around but there was no outlet available anywhere for that lamp to be plugged into. So that lamp was just decorative, i guess? Also unfortunate because there was nowhere to plug in and charge a phone on that side of the bed either.
I would not stay here again, and I generally stay in this level of hotel/motel.
