It’s too close to railway. I couldn’t sleep well.

First day of arrival room had couch with tear in it.i was very tired from traveling & working. Going to bed that night was not comfortable bed was to soft. I asked about changing rooms the next day they told me all beds were the same now i had been in room 215 & 212 not all beds are the same

There was LOTS of ants in our room told them they didnt act like they cared! You couldn't even get towels to swim!!

No hot water!!!

The hotel worked with me to make my son's stay safe and convenient. They have my sincere appreciation and gratitude. Amber was very friendly and professional.

Receptionist was efficient and friendly. Had a lovely Cobb salad at the bistro. Very pleased with the shuttle to the airport. Would have liked grab bars for safety in the shower.

Had bed bugs and the carpet smelled. Its a very old property which needs a full renovation.

The young man who checked me in was courteous, pleasant, and helpful. The bed and pillows are comfy! The shower felt great. I wish there was some type of vending machine for snacks since the Bistro closes so early. We will see how checkout and the shuttle are tomorrow bright and early. I am guessing, based on things so far, they will be great!

My suite was sold and they gave me an unclean lesser value room with dirty sheets and floors. The entire hotel is poorly maintained and filthy!
