Our check in process was disappointing. After a long day, at around 8pm, we were handed keys that did not open the assigned room. Back downstairs, front desk stated keys were fine, but issued new set. Met a security staffer who went to us to the assigned room. Turned out to be wrong room. Took keys to a different room and security used the key to open the door which opened. It was immediately clear that that room was still occupied, with a guest in the bathroom.
Finally assigned a third room, and finally checked into the room.
At a minimum disappointing.
