Clean & nice place

Beautiful rooms and super clean! The staff was great and had an amazing breakfast there.

Everything about our stay was nice. Check-in was easy and fast. Personnel were very nice and accommodating. The location on the beach was perfect! Our only complaint was that it seemed a bit old and somewhat dirty. Our safe didn't work. The TVs were old and would not connect to our media. There was an order form for food service from the previous visitors on our bureau when we got there. I think the thing that I noticed the most was the piles of cigarette butts lying around on the street and sidewalk. On our walk from the beach to the hotel, there was trash that was never picked up. The beach, itself, was clean since they run a sand truck every night. Otherwise, the staff was very and the lobby of the hotel was very clean.

I like the peace and quiet, everything is clean, and staff is very courteous,also I love the Guest Laudry. I didn't like that I had to call housekeeping twice to take out, replace towels, my garbage and replace coffee supples. I didn't like we didnt have soap to handwash dishes and pots before putting it in the dishwasher

The view was beautiful, the bed was comfy. The jacuzzi was awful. Barely worked. We stayed at your hotel for the soul purpose of relaxing in your in room jetted tub, and we were not able to do that. But the room was clean and comfy. The Tv was good but no guide to let us know what was coming on so was a guessing game when watching. And no AC in the room. So definitely some improvements can be made.

My husband and I had a good stay. The rooms were clean & very comfortable. The only issue we had was that most of the jets in the jetted tub were not working. I also believe that some of the vending machines shouldn't be all smart/credit card required, but some should just require good old fashioned $5 or $10 cash accepted payment machines

This was horrible from the time we arrived. Did not get the room pictured on line that we booked. The Hamilton said it was *******’s fault, ******* said it was Hamilton’s fault! Definitely not clean & well kept for a hotel with these ratings & the cost per night! They overcharged us & we’re still trying to get that resolved! Again they are faulting each other but nothing is being resolved! The staff at the Hamilton was extremely rude to my husband! Unbelievable for a place that is almost $500.00 per night!

This used to be my favorite hotel because it was always worth the cost. No more. Spent over $800 for 3 nights and woke up first morning with bathroom into kitchen leak. Called down to front desk after being hung up on three times to them sending maintenance up. Maintenance came and “fixed the issue” while we left to walk the boardwalk for an hour or two. Came back and leak happened again. Maintenance came up again (whom was very nice) and blew out the lines. We weren’t able to get showers until 2pm. Woke up this morning to the same problem. All front desk could offer was for me to move rooms. We only have one more night and wanted to relax before we get ready for a wedding. That should have been recommended yesterday. Asked if they could do anything else and nope that’s it. So another day with late showers I guess. Won’t be back.
