Check in was very smooth and personable. Room was clean and if you like a firm bed this is your place. Was fairly quiet for being just off interstate. Free breakfast was what you expect for free. We would stay again.

I had a serious issue with my room #329 on July 2 2023. I booked my room thru ******* When I opened the door to the room, it was HOT in the room, just like the hallway. I proceeded to turn on a light to inspect the room. I found the carpet was excessively warn & dirty. I continued to turn on lights and noticed the furniture in the room had large stains on them. The desk chair, sitting chair in the corner & the bench at the end of the bed. This furniture should be deep cleaned or replaced. I proceeded to the window to see my view and was overwhelmed by the MOLD growing in the window frame. The sheet rock is crumbling down. I was disgusted at this sight. I took the elevator down to the front desk for help. There was no help given. I asked for the managers phone #. I left 2 messages, for the manager, but NO return call. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn hotels with no issues. This Hotel is not up to the Hampton Inn & Suites Expectation. Please contact me to discuss a refund. I am a business owner & understand the importance of reviews online. I would like to give your company a chance to solve this problem before I escalate the issue.

We were given the wrong room number and walked into an occupied room at 9:30pm. When we advised the front desk of the mistake, we were told we read the room number incorrectly. Our keys opened the door so this wasn’t our mistake. The night front desk crew was not friendly or very professional. Worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at.

We had a great time. The check-in was speedy. The breakfast choices were delicious. The employees were courteous. We had fun in the pool.

Our 10-year-old Granddaughter enjoyed the outdoor pool. The room was clean and comfortable. We were greeted at the front desk by a smiling and friendly clerk.

Bathroom could stand an update. Peeling wallpaper and dirty shower door was disappointing being this is a Hilton branded hotel.
