The 2 bedroom suite was just what we needed to fit our family. The laundry room was filthy. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. It was such a daily hassle with the reservation. When I returned home I found I my credit card was charged 4 separate times, different rates each time--in addition to what I paid through Travelocity. Travelocity wouldn't assist me in straightening it out. Having trip insurance meant nothing. Despite the room size, paying 5 times isn't worth it. I thought booking through Travelocity would offer some measure of secruty with my reservations but it woefully didn't. I'm out of so much money.

This is a great place to stay! The carpet and sofa couch is a little outdated but it didn't effect our stay. The room was really clean and smelled nice. The whole hotel has a pleasant smell. Our room had plates, utensils and bowls. I highly recommend staying here and I will in the future.

Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, by far. Nobody at the check in counter when I got there and there was 3 guests waiting with me for well over 20 min while the phone rang nonstop and we ended up having to call corporate to get ahold of anyone to help. The first night I had to move rooms due to mold that was found in the shower and on the shower curtain. Day 2 I had to move rooms once again due to cigarette smoke that was coming into my room through the bathroom vents, causing a massive headache for me. Day 3 I found out that although they have ice machines throughout the hotel on random floors, none of them work and they offered ice cube trays instead. The staff was intermittent at the desk and the complimentary breakfast was non existent, just cold coffee in the morning, no stirrers for the coffee and was offered a knife by the staff. I will never stay at these hotels again, not worth the price even if it is slightly cheaper than the surrounding hotels. Absolutely horrendous, both the hotel conditions and the experience of the stay. I recommend just paying the extra to stay at the home wood suites located next to this property or simply picking a nearby hotel.

Rooms were nicely sized. Living room furniture was not in the best condition - the mattress for the sleeper sofa was not in good sleeping condition- opted to sleep on the couch. Tub was quite slippery - need floor mat or something comparable to make taking a shower less challenging.

The size of our suite was good. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. However the rest of the furniture was old and worn out with stains. The carpet is worn out and stained. My husband found a 2 inch long fishing hook stuck in the carpet as well. Good thing none of us stepped on that! Very few amenities too…coffee and a coffee maker no sugar or cream. No breakfast of any kind offered. Sonesta has really gone downhill over the years. If this is all they can offer for the money we will have to find a new place to stay when visiting our family.

Our first room had only one washcloth and towel and the tub had standing water from a stopped up drain. The next room we were moved to was occupied... several trips because the key wouldn't work...thankfully... nice understanding guest in that room. 3rd room was quite nice. Clerk was nice through it all. There is a $150 deposit required. Ran several times because it would not register with their computer. Ended up charging my Card $450. Refund appears to be processing.

Nice, Clean, Friendly staff, Coffee in lobby & in room. Cons: Not even a simple breakfast. You are charged a $150 security deposit (refunded within 3 days.)

The review for the hotel was a 4.1 star, so we felt ok about booking. I would give it a one-star because there was nothing lower. We arrived at the property near midnight. When we got to our room we noticed that the security door was not secured. The room was dingy and smelly (cigarette smoke with air freshener) and the curtains were falling off the rod. I contacted ******* and told them we could not stay in the room or in the hotel as it seemed like it was unacceptable. We went to another property in the area to find an acceptable room.

Had to switch rooms due to a few things, the smoke detector in the 1st room kept beeping every 5 seconds. Also in that same room, my girlfriend got locked into the bathroom. Yes the door was unlocked haha. Notified the wonderful lady at the front desk who was more than understanding of the situation called her manager right away and got us the ok to do what we needed to get my girlfriend out of the bathroom. As we went on on a rescue mission the front desk was making the change to a new room for us so we didn't have to sit around to make the room switch. New room was much better, doors worked great. No girlfriends were harmed in this stay
