奧梅加公園(Parc Omega)

Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Notre pods était très bien agencé, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des petites biches pour nous tenir compagnie le soir. Le personnel était super ! Les pods sont assez éloignés l’un des autres ce qui amène à une vrai intimité. Il n’y a pas de wifi dans les pods ce qui est un + car nous profitons vraiment du moment avec les animaux. À refaire !

J’ai adoré faire ce parc, c’était un très très bon souvenir pour mon anniversaire. J’ai par contre une grosse interrogation : au coin pic-nic, il n’y a que de la nourriture à base de viande, pas un seul choix végétarien sauf dans le restaurant, ce qui n’a absolument pas de sens dans un endroit qui préserve les animaux, c’est vraiment contradictoire et qui me dégoûte complètement. « Sauvez certains animaux mais mangez les autres » décevant.

Nous avons visité le parc et passé une nuit sur place dans le village des Pods. Le parc a été très apprécié des enfants, voir les animaux d'aussi près et pouvoir les toucher et les nourrir pour certains était certainement une expérience mémorable. Mais les animaux sont tellement habitués à être nourris aux voitures que certains en deviennent agressifs. Une femelle wapiti a donné un coup de pied dans la portière de notre voiture de location car la carotte n'arrivait pas assez vite à son goût, d'autres se mettaient devant la voiture pour la bloquer et venir aux fenêtres ensuite... C'est le revers de pouvoir les voir d'aussi près, mais dans une attitude très peu naturelle. Nous avons ensuite dormi en cabine dans un enclos qui abrite quelques daims, nous pouvions aller les rencontrer à notre guise, mais ceux ci étaient plus sauvages, ce qui n'était pas plus mal ! La cabine était confortable et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner pris au restaurant était plutôt bon, hormis la salade verte avec vinaigrette sur mes fruits !

Great time spending three days in Park Omega and staying for two nights in the wolf chalet. The park is quite big and you can spend hours driving around, watching and feeding animals. The park store offers souvenirs, snack bar, quick WIFI and plenty of places to sit and enjoy your time. The wolf chalet/cabin is located right in the middle of big wolf enclosure, containing pack of 13 wolves. Our chalet was a two stories loft with windows from the bottom to the roof. Great views of the wolf pack, as they frequently came over, played, chased each other, ate and simply stared at us. It was amazing to watch these interesting animals from the comfort of our beds or couch. The chalet is big, has a spacious kitchen, living room area and bathroom and beds in the bottom and upstairs. No Wi-Fi unfortunately in the chalet which is a problem if you are working remotely. Hope this gets fixed soon.

We were driving through Parc Omega when we received a call stating our tipi was ready early! How a ing that they reached out- definitely not expected. When we checked in, the man behind the counter ( sorry can not remember his name) was friendly and professional, and switched to English as soon as we said hello. He took the time to explain everything and answer questions. We got to see the wolves and bears being fed, the tipi experience was amazing ( first time) would definitely recommend staying and experiencing the tipi!

We just got back from our stay in one of the Wolf Cabins at Parc Omega. What a special place! We didn't know what to expect in terms of how close the wolves would come to the cabin, but we were very lucky. The entire pack spent a lot of time right in front of our window. At one point there were six wolves right in front of us. The wolves started howling around 1:30 am which we loved. Just what we came to hear! One then approached the window in the dark and sat and stared at me for several minutes. Not a night I will soon forget! As soon as it got light, the pack became very playful and were jumping around. We attending talk on the wolf look out platform behind the cabin which was very informative and learned a lot about the animals. Such a unique experience that you will not get anywhere else. Loved every minute of it.

Me gustaría que hubiera más restaurantes, y que tuviera en las habitaciones algo de comida (agua, botana, leche, jugos, con costo pero que tengas l opción de poder tomar algo)

Nuit insolente dans un tipi. On avait accès à la passerelle des loups le soir. Très beau parc, très reposant

Nous avons TOUT adoré Le parc où les animaux sont libres mais accessibles ; le restaurant très qualitatif, la gentillesse du personnel et l’hébergement en POD …magique C’est la combinaison parfaite du luxe et de la nature. Le logement est tout confort (douche; kitchenette, verres à vin et nespresso!) mais en plein milieu de la nature Nous avons eu la visite des ratons au dîner; ils sont adorables mais bien voleurs ! Enfin le clou de ces 2 jours étaient la passerelle ours et loups privatisée pour les personnes en hébergement … tout était parfait et inoubliable
