Organised a family lunch for my mum's significant birthday (which I'd better not write here in case she reads it!) and the Caistor team were amazing from start to finish. We had just a few (!) dietary requirements, which were all taken care of brilliantly. The room looked BEAUTIFUL and the staff looking after us were so incredibly kind and attentive. Thank you so much

We have visited Caistor Hall twice now, once for a celebration dinner just before Christmas and again today for a casual lunch. Service and food both excellent on each occasion. A really lovely venue, excellent menu selection and the staff were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely return!

Absolutely blown away by this hotel. We visited for the first time last week for lunch. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We sat in one of the many lounges with the log fire on before and after our meal which was simply delightful. The food itself was out of this world. My fiancé had the mussels to start and steak for main, both of which were excellent. I had the soufflé and the linguine, both out of this world. The service was excellent. We’ll definitely be returning to enjoy another wonderful lunch in this beautiful hotel.

Sunday lunch, unreservedly excellent, perfect for a celebratory occasion. Staff were great and particularly with 6 month old granddaughter. The moules starter, sourced from Brancaster, were exceptional. Comfortable and elegant setting for pre lunch drinks and coffees afterwards.

Lovely hotel , gorgeous decor and great breakfast. Staff where very helpful nothing was to much trouble . Even retuned our Tv as itv was missing . Comfy bed . Nice big shower . Will be returning very soon

Good hotel, made special by the staff. Big shoutout to Olivia! Dinner in the bistro was great, breakfast was all local ingredients and was one of the best. If you are hear Norwich and need a hotel go here, don't bother with anywhere else.

Everything was perfect. I’ve stayed in lots of places across the area but this is by far the best. Everything from the initial greeting at reception, through to the scrumptious breakfast the following morning. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

4 of us went for dinner 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. Food ok nothing special. Front of house, a tall male, totally spoilt the evening for all of us. He was so so arrogant, dancing with a tray of drinks above his head and trying to make it a lite hearted experience for us, that was never going to happen from the moment we arrived, what a shame.

Great hotel. Runs with a relatively small staff, so they are not always readily available. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general and provide good service.
