諾維奇酒店(The Norwich Hotel)

The Norwich hotel is a budget B and B located just off the Carrow road. Would be a great place to stay for away fans and it is about a Ten minute walk from the Riverside. This hotel is very, very dated with its decor. But it is certainly functional, the room was spotlessly clean, 24 hour reception, breakfast was reasonably priced, good portion size and it was delicious. The staff were fantastic, very polite and happy to help. The bed was comfortable, there is a small tv in the room and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a bar but we didn’t use it. If you aren’t too fussy and just want somewhere to sleep, I would recommend the Norwich hotel for a pleasant no frills place to stay.

What a joke!!! Booked this hotel in good faith with hotel.com and on arrival it was closed. We could see lights on in some of the rooms but there no answer at the front door or via the phone. An absolute shambles, companies need to double check that these properties they are offering are legitimately open and trading. I feel that this property is operating fraudulent business

Absolute crud hole. Worst hotel stayed at. Dirty, old, derelict rooms. Didn't want to out clothes down. Shower had trickle of water, broken dirty tiles, strange human debris in bed, furniture from the 1960s. How this is still open is beyond me. We would have left but other hotels all booked due to concert. Must be review manipulation when it is 41/49 in Norwich. Same price as a Travelodge but much, much worse. Don't stay here.
