Large family room with huge bathroom featuring separate bath and shower. Free parking and no noise from nearby airport. Included a buffet breakfast with a separate gluten free area.
Slight issue at check out where they wanted me to pay again (apparently an ******* error) but this was sorted within 10 minutes once I had found proof of payment.

This hotel is very well managed. All the staff from reception, housekeeping, dining room and cleaning are without doubt the friendliest people you could wish to meet, always helpful, nothing is too much trouble, there is a very peaceful but efficient atmosphere throughout. My wife and I have stayed in many hotels in our life, in the Far East, USA, Canada and New Zealand, rarely have we experienced such such wonderful staff and such a friendly atmosphere. Well done and thank you for your efforts during our recent stay, you are a great team.

I arrived late, around 1am. (I did phone up earlier in the day to let them know) I checked in at reception, headed upstairs ready to get some sleep, only to find someone in the bed!! I absolutely jumped out of my skin…I’m sure the other guy had a shock too with a stranger strolling in, in the middle of the night!
I got another room and spoke to reception in the morning. They were more apologetic and sorry that it happened unlike the night staff who thought it was funny.
I’ll be putting the chain on the door when I stay in future!

We have stayed here a few times before our flight from Norwich airport. It is so convenient and relaxing staying the night before our flight and having a few minute walk to the terminal the next morning. Eboney checked us in, she was very helpful and friendly. Overall the stay was very good, but some areas of the hotel are now looking tired.

Wasn’t as good as a few months ago in terms of choice of food at breakfast. Some staff were great, but others seemed to lack basic customer service skills.
