諾沃克逸衡酒店 - IHG 旗下飯店(Even Hotel Norwalk)

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable for our family of 4. The only downside is the air conditioner unit was very close to one of the beds. I am not sure if all the rooms are like that. We had an accessible room that might be cut differently. Not a huge deal. Still a great stay and we would stay again.

Nothing is stocked well & it’s hard to find large enough trash bins to accommodate how large the property is. Very unprofessional that the only seasoning was Italian from Walmart. Only one microwave & lounge area TV’s no remotes ALL not on news channels just left as is.

This day would have been excellent, but it was the little things that were upsetting. For example, I was scolded by the front desk, because I initially entered through a side door when another patron opened the door for me because it was raining and it was cold. That same clerk scolded me when I approached her with a question and was Not directly in front of the desk, but to the side. She yelled at me that I wasn’t allowed to be behind the desk. I was nowhere near behind the desk. Then, again, going on with a little things, coffee isn’t free in the lobby. The manager of the property actually comped me and my boyfriend, stating that he felt at the coffee should be free as well. So if the manager of the property would like to see the coffee to be complementary, why isn’t it?

Took 15 minutes to find someone to come check us in at front desk. Contactless Checkin might be a better option for this hotel. Other than that everything was fine. Room was a decent size, clean, quiet. Bathroom was nice and clean but body wash and shampoo dispensers were close to empty. Overall it was OK.

We liked the yoga mat and straps available in the room. Our shower was broken—only had hot water, so we had to move to a new room, which we didn’t like. Then, the neighbors had a party next door, which was kind of noisy until around 12 pm.

Beds are very comfy, hotel is very clean. We will return to this hotel in the future. One thing I suggest is that you offer complimentary coffee. Once we found out it wasn’t complimentary we decided to drive less than a min to Starbucks.

Great service, they had great amenities, room was nice and spacious, very comfortable, perfect location, bar, snacks, breakfast and dinner all in one hotel, water in the lobby overall Great!

I met with Antony on the front desk, he is so helpful and nice. Everyone was like a family on such short visit
