庫斯灣凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites at Coos Bay)

The hotel had an old refurbished basement feel. There was carpet but did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. The place look like it was taken care as best as it could but I still couldn’t bring myself to shower or sit comfortably in the very obviously stained chairs. The breakfast was had your standard selection, but it felt old and sausage was undercooked.

Check was very pleasant. Got to room 126 our room. Soon as i opened the door bam the smell of musty meldew hit me in the face. You can smell the moisture the room. So we ran to walmart to get some spray to help. Well it didnt. So i decided to take a bath and try to relax. The hot watter ran out rite away. Tub ot 1/4 full. So scratch that idea. The bed was super comfortable the room was clean. The couch had a white stain on it. The floor was stickey. Breakfast was ok. I only had a waffle. The eggs and sausage just wasnt appealing to me. So over all wont be staying here again.

If you are looking for a Motel 6 type hotel then this is a good hotel for you. Although, it's overpriced. The pictures in the ad are not what the rooms look like. We booked this place specifically for the hot tub they advertised, which was broken. The ice machine was also broken. The rooms are not near the lobby. The hotel is also in the mall parking lot, and there is a lot of traffic. The layout is confusing. We were booked for 2 nights, and decided that the hotel did not fit our needs the second day, and they refused our refund. ******* did credit us $50, but it was not even 1/2 of what we paid for the room. It's clean, it's ok, but it is not what they say it is, so just be prepared for that.

You will be charged a large fee for your pet. It doesn’t say this upfront on ******* neither ******* nor the hotel will cancel. What a bad way to start your stay. For the price I paid I could have stayed someplace nicer.

The lobby was besutiful the room at first glance was nice. The bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were hard. Mold around shower and floor. No USB ports to charge phones and laptops. No change of towels or making up bed unless thdre 3 days. Glad I didn't pay full price.

This was an old hotel, and thus, the walls were thin. We were there on a windy night, and the wind came through the door seal. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Charged me a $500 deposit that took me 5 days to get back, beds we're uncomfortable. Not worth the money

Always a good value with hot breakfast, nearby conveniences, plenty of parking, lots of hot water with great shower water pressure.

A one night stay at the coast to enjoy the ending of a year. Front desk was friendly and thorough with check in process. We received a large room which was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was hot with a very good variety. Overall a pleasant experience.
