亞特蘭大諾克羅斯/I-85索尼斯塔精選酒店(Sonesta Select Atlanta Norcross I 85)

I regretfully booked the wrong Sonesta Select property. They’re on par for the most part, but Norcross is a bit more dingy and less convenient being 10 miles away. Also, phone in room didn’t work so I had to get dressed and go downstairs for towels. Served its purpose but I wouldn’t book again.

There were several things in the room that were issues, there was mold in the room in several places as in the bathroom, ceiling and underneath the sink area. the bathroom light didn't work, the towels had a very bad smell, the toilet paper (package) was dirty with what looked like blood, i paid a very high price through ******* which mentioned this was a newly renovated hotel, in which it did not look like at all it was renovated, the hallway carpet was very dirty looked like it had old stains, when you walked in the rook it had a musty smell, Poor Service when we asked if maintenance could bring us a microwave to the room because I had just had surgery and wasn't able to walk to the lobby to warm up food as he mentioned on a previous call when I asked why this room didn't have a microwave since I had requested a room with microwave when I had made the reservation \, to be honest this hotels needs a lot to be considered even a 2 star hotel so really rethink the stars on ******* website please do better.

Nicely appointed rooms. The night we stayed, there were a lot of guests nearby that were apparently musicians and our experience was reminiscent of the Andy Griffith episode when the Darlings came to Mayberry and were making music in their hotel room. Many of the lights in the parking lot were not functioning, but fortunately there was space in a well-lit section of the lot that we were able to use.

I received the absolute best customer service from Amy and Daniel!!!!!!!! They went above and beyond to help me with an issue. Everyone on the staff was friendly and always used eye contact and greeted the guests. Thank you to their boss for keeping your employees happy.

Good hotel for the price Rooms very spacious and good quality od beed, if i need ro say something negative is gonna be that the smell of **** in the hallway is disgusting, but otherwise everything was perfect.
