Got there around 4pm to sign in and get the keys after booking 2 weeks in advance. Get to the desk and they told me they have canceled my booking and have already given my room to someone else. They said they called me to try tell me and I only had 1 miss call in the morning which I missed due to work. Didn’t leave me a message or anything. Just 1 call. Had to cancel the holiday with my partner and 2month old baby and head back home.

The Lady who greeted us was wonderful. The room was basic however there was an unpleasant odour emanating from the bathroom. The shower water pressure was very low. Other than that it was a satisfactory stay.

The accommodation was ok but it seems that no matter where I book, when I book through this website, the hotel always puts us in one of the worst rooms on the site. This Motel had what appeared to be lots of vacancies but we were put in a room that was out of the way and very close to a busy road. We didn't sleep much due to the constant noise from vehicles passing on the road and the lights from these vehicles shining directly into the room.
