Great location (Applebee's right next door!). It was very clean -- that's not something I can say for most hotels post pandemic. Breakfast was good and the hotel was easy to navigate. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back on Aquidneck Island.

Stayed here for the Army Navy Game at Gillette Stadium. It made for a great weekend. Was about a 1 hour drive to the stadium, then we spent the rest of the weekend going out and about to Newport. The hotel was clean, comfortable and super convenient for everything we did. The pool was great to relax in after some long days. Breakfast was also hearty and well stocked (Really liked the avocado for toast). Staff was always friendly when we had a question or at check in. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed two nights in early December to experience our first Christmas in Newport. The hotel was spotless, included breakfast was a great perk, and the proximity to town was perfect. It was a great value for those traveling on a budget. I would definitely recommend to others.

Overall a great stay for a quick trip, probably not the case for a longer vacation. The front desk staff were very efficient and helpful, the lobby is beautiful and inviting. Free breakfast was pretty good too! Biggest complaint is the walls are paper thin so make sure you bring a sound machine or something. The people in the room next to us were only talking and we could hear everything, it was frustrating. Aside from that, room was small but clean and overall a nice stay.

We had a great stay here. Was not expecting a king bed, so that was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean, everything worked great, and we had plenty of towels. I liked our balcony and that our room faced the parking lot so we could keep tabs on my car. Free breakfast, ample parking space, we loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna room, and lots of channels on the tv. Water pressure was great in the bath. Fridge was clean and the sheets were clean. There was a blowdryer and extra toilet paper and toiletries. The area is nice and so convenient. Only complaint is that the walls are SO THIN. We could hear an alarm go off next door, the people talking and getting ready in the morning.

Would I stay again? Yes however, the room I had was very damp and mildew smell mixed in with…some other smell that was hard to get over, but for one night it was passable. As soon as I opened the door it hit me in the face.As I did not want to move me and my family to another room. I think it was very close to the pool area and the heat from that area/hall contributed to the overall reason. They even had a dehumidifier running prior to our entry which thankfully my allergies did not flare, I was indeed worried. The staff and fellow guests were very friendly. The refrigerator in the room worked extremely well. Tv, microwave everything in that aspect was very comfortable. Wifi hotspot was terrible unfortunately. I wish I brought my portable one, but that could have just been my location of my room. Which honestly happens, so it was more irritating. This would not prevent me from returning. As this happens just about every place I’ve visited. I would just next time plan better by bringing my hotspot.Breakfast was ok and everyone seemed to enjoy that ate around me.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was finished very nice with quality appointments. Even had rafters on the ceiling. Everything about it I loved. Wish my master at home was more like this room.

The location is ideal for getting into Newport but there will always be traffic. The staff was exceptional and friendly. I did have a humidifier running in my room but liked the noise as a buffer against any parking lot noise. The breakfast included hot foods which I haven’t seen since before COVID. It was delicious!
