I made a reservation at this hotel from 9/1/23 - 9/4/23. I called the hotel around 4:30pm on 9/1/23 and told them that I wasn't going to make to the hotel on the 1st, and if they would allow me to check in on the 2nd instead. The person told me over the phone that it would be okay, but they would still charge for the night that I didn't stay. I got to the hotel on the 2nd, and the same person who spoke to me over the phone told me they gave my room away because it was a no show. She understood I called, and that I spoke to her over the phone, however, they did not have any rooms available at the hotel for me to stay. Her response, as well as the response of her manager was "I am sorry, but we can't do anything to help you with this".
Horrible, terrible customer service. If I didn't call the day before, I would understand, but I called and I was told that they would hold the room. It was very frustrating to go through this situation. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
