在酒店住了40天，我們的房間一次都沒有打掃過，更不用說有人問我們是否需要新毛巾床單，衛生紙我們自己買！服務還不錯，就是欠缺一點，這家酒店沒有任何管理 毛巾散落在走廊裡，嬰兒車放了好幾天，萬一發生火災，要離開走廊會很困難！一般來說，如果酒店不允許攜帶寵物，我無論如何都不會在那里呆 5 分鐘！

The Travelodge in Newbury Cheiveley M4 has fantastic customer service in a good location. The guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful. It is great value for money and I would definitely recommend.

Very good accommodation, reasonable price. Comfortable. The receptionist Sanjay could not have been more helpful. Very good parking facilities with take away places to eat and drink nearby - though no restaurants as such.

It was so nice clean and friendly staff Right on the service food available M&S Bugger king. Greggs just of the M4 j13 on to the A34 Newbury there BP fuel and Ev change points Nice resting area why eating your food TV to watch the news or just sit ..

Everything from check in to check out was absolutely spot on..if I had 1 complaint it would be that there was not enough tea/coffee/milk. Sanjay the receptionist was especially kind and helpful. Would most definitely recommend and stay there again.

Immaculate room, very clean with a great shower. Really friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was just what I needed. Used it as an overnight on cycling trip no problems with bike etc. My first stay at a Travelodge and definitely not my last:)
