Overall pretty good. I wasn't expecting much but the room is nice and spacious, especially the bathroom. The secret garden is a pretty lovely place to hang out, and the staff was really friendly.

The duvet cases,sheet and linen was not changed!!!could smell stinky feet on pillow cases and men perfume

My 5th stay at this hotel and just got no sleep!! Room 208! Is right at the top of the stairs and a tiny room so there are always people right outside the door chatting being super noisy late at night and then kids super early in the morning! Got 4 hours sleep when I really needed way more!! The room is so small that the people talking are only a few steps away from you!! I would never want to be placed in that room again!

This is the worst and most horrible hotel we have ever stayed. The room and the bathroom was dirty and filthy. Bed sheets and towels were filthy. The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. There wasn't any parking space available for the car although they advertise free parking for the guests. The bed was very small and high to the ground. My partner fell off the bed middle of the night while sleeping causing an injury to the head. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

The hotel was sold out. How do I go about receiving a refund?

The staff and check in were great. Room standard is fine but cleanliness not up to scratch. It was obvious after spending a little time in the room no furniture had been moved during the clean (hair scrunchies under one chair, litter under another). Also the kettle was full of loose limescale. The biggest issue is the room location - room 306 faces the car park meaning cars, guests and the general public (who use the car park as a shortcut) passing close to your window noisily and frequently through the night. Very poor sleep.
